As we come to the end of 2017, we have once again compiled our annual Top 20 most desirable and sought after collectable amenity kits listed on eBay*. It may come as somewhat of a surprise that the collectable market for amenity kits is flourishing with many willing to pay as much as $250 to own the latest kit.
First class amenity kits are still the most desirable to collectors, however this year’s Top 20 sees a number of vintage kits featured. Taking top spot this year and a new entry to our chart is United Airlines with its new 747 tins with the past 2 years winner Thai Airways Rimowa kit down to 3rd place this year but the Rimowa designed kit is still a favourite with Lufthansa and Eva Air featuring in the Top 20.
New entries this year came from Emirates with their new sleep suit, Thai Airways Porsche Design Kit and Qatar Airway BRIC’S Hard Case Design. Also remaining in the Top 20 is Etihad’s Cufflink box, Qantas OROTON Kit and a vintage amenity kits from Pan Am.
