Etihad Airways is redefining the art of premium travel with the launch of The Destination Collection, an elevated new series of collectible Business Class amenity kits that merges sophisticated design, destination storytelling and wellness-led luxury. Rolling out progressively across the airline’s global network this summer, the collection signals a new chapter for the Abu Dhabi-based carrier, combining a distinctly Emirati sense of hospitality with a fashion-conscious approach to inflight comfort.

Entirely conceived and designed in-house, The Destination Collection transforms the traditional airline amenity kit into something far more covetable: a curated travel accessory inspired by the destinations that define Etihad’s expanding route map. The launch features 14 collectible designs across two sleek silhouettes, the Pouch and the Slim each rendered in refined colour-ways that pay tribute to cities across the airline’s international network.

From Lisbon and Mumbai to Etihad’s newer destinations including Krabi, Addis Ababa and Atlanta, each kit has been carefully imagined to evoke the spirit of place. Destination names and geographic coordinates are embossed onto the exterior, while bespoke faceted interior linings subtly reference local architecture, landscapes and cultural textures. Every design is individually numbered, encouraging a sense of collectability that mirrors the exclusivity often associated with luxury fashion collaborations.
At the centre of the collection is the Abu Dhabi Edition, a tribute to Etihad’s home city and the cultural identity that underpins the airline’s brand philosophy. Featuring artwork inspired by the Zayed National Museum, the design reflects the capital’s evolving role as a global cultural hub while honouring the heritage and ambition of the United Arab Emirates.
The initiative builds on the success of Etihad’s collectible Finjans offered in First Class ceramic Arabic coffee cups inspired by destinations within the airline’s network and continues the carrier’s strategy of embedding storytelling and craftsmanship into the guest experience. Unlike conventional airline amenities designed for single-use convenience, these new kits are intended to be retained long after landing: thoughtful objects that extend the memory of the journey itself.
“This collection reflects everything Etihad stands for: thoughtful design, a strong sense of place, and an elevated guest experience,” said Arik De. “Each kit is a collectible keepsake inspired by the places we connect and meaningful even after your journey ends.”

Perhaps the most significant element of the launch, however, is Etihad’s exclusive new partnership with LANEIGE, marking the first time the celebrated Korean beauty label has collaborated with an airline. Known globally for its science-led hydration formulas and minimalist skincare philosophy, LANEIGE introduces a wellness dimension that feels increasingly aligned with the expectations of today’s premium traveller.
The partnership forms part of Etihad’s broader Etihad Wellbeing initiative, a programme focused on enhancing physical comfort and mental ease throughout the inflight experience. Alongside concepts such as the airline’s Quiet Cabin, the introduction of advanced skincare acknowledges the growing sophistication of wellness within luxury travel, where beauty, rest and recovery are now considered integral to the journey rather than incidental additions.

Inside each Business Class kit, guests will discover a curated edit of LANEIGE’s most iconic hydration-focused products. The Water Sleeping Mask, enriched with hyaluronic acid and squalane, is designed to deeply replenish moisture depleted by cabin air, while the cult-favourite Lip Sleeping Mask delivers intensive nourishment through berry extracts, murumuru seed and shea butter. A rich hydrating hand cream completes the ritual, helping restore softness during long-haul flights.

For Etihad, the collaboration also reflects a larger industry shift toward lifestyle-led partnerships that resonate beyond aviation. As luxury travellers increasingly seek personalised, sensorial experiences, airlines are moving beyond traditional definitions of premium service to create moments that feel emotionally engaging and aesthetically refined.
By combining collectible design, cultural storytelling and one of the world’s most recognisable K-beauty brands, Etihad has created an onboard experience that feels less transactional and more editorial a seamless extension of modern luxury travel culture. In an era where the details matter more than ever, The Destination Collection positions Etihad not simply as a carrier, but as a curator of contemporary global travel experiences.
