Following this, a structured handover period will begin, concluding in Q2 2026 when Wilbert de Louw takes on full leadership responsibilities as CEO. Roland Grohmann will remain as Chairman and continue as a major shareholder, providing strategic guidance and governance.

Wilbert possesses extensive expertise in airline catering and the F&B hospitality industry. As the founder and CEO of Foodcase International, he established a global provider of inflight food solutions, partnering with many of the same airlines FORMIA proudly serves today.
