LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence. Through design, construction, and operational practices that improve environmental and human health, LEED-certified buildings are helping to make the world more sustainable.

With an impressive score of 77 points, FORMIA has earned a prestigious Gold certification, positioning it among less than 200 sites in Hong Kong to achieve this level. In its application, FORMIA attained a full score for both water and energy efficiency as well as for regional priorities in Asia. This achievement underscores FORMIA’s ongoing dedication to enhancing efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and fostering a more sustainable work environment for its team.
