Eva Air, the Skytrax 5 star airline, renowned for its high levels of service and customer experience standards, has achieved an industry first by collaborating with a luxury fashion brand for a hardcase amenities concept. Together with Italian fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo, it has created an exclusive hardcase amenity kit, offering passengers something truly unique to disembark with.
Although Eva Air has offered hardcase amenity kits onboard in the past, to date it has been in partnership with other travel brands. Collaborating with a brand in the high-end fashion industry on a hardcase amenities concept, an initiative that had never before been embarked on, has taken the airline’s amenity offering to new levels of sophistication whilst reflecting Eva Air’s unwavering desire to provide its passengers with the highest level of service.
The sleek, black hardcase was inspired by Ferragamo’s trolley collections, while the smart, textured faux leather bag offers a touch of elegance with an exclusive detachable branded keychain gift for passengers to use long after the flight. The Ferragamo branded metal plate and iconic Gancino zip-pull complete the ultra-sophisticated look. Each bag contains a selection of sumptuous Ferragamo skincare products, including body lotion, hand cream and lip balm, all housed in a chic and compact pouch. Also inside are travel essentials including a mini brush and high quality eye mask.
Behind the exclusive partnership is international guest amenity and hospitality specialist, FORMIA, who curate tailor-made, premium guest and in-flight service amenities and concepts. Eva Air, Ferragamo and FORMIA all came together to work through the concept, ideation and final product design. The end result is an ambitious one, and reflects both the originality of Ferragamo and the exceptional onboard experience provided by Eva Air for its distinguished premium travellers.
