Dutch wellbeing brand Rituals Cosmetics has designed the new amenity kits for World Business Class passengers onboard KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
Available onboard from December 1st, the four kit designs are inspired by the famous Delft Blue vase on display in Amsterdam’s Rijksmuseum. The kits include an eye mask, wooden toothbrush, earplugs, and a lip balm and moisturiser from Rituals’ Amsterdam Collection, which is inspired by Dutch explorers’ travels around Asia in the 17th century.

Products from the Amsterdam Collection – an ode to the longstanding relations between east and west – feature scents of Dutch tulip and Japanese yuzu.
In 2018, Rituals and KLM announced a partnership that began with an exclusive inflight range of cosmetics which comprised a hand foam for economy class, a hand & body lotion, hair gel and body mist for business class as well as an amenity kit including a face moisturiser and lip balm. The products, branded as Limited Edition for KLM, were the first releases from Rituals’ Amsterdam Collection.

Today, an assortment of Limited Edition for KLM Amsterdam Collection products is available in KLM’s Crown Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Additionally, Rituals’ hot towels featuring a Dutch tulip and Japanese yuzu scent are offered in KLM’s business class cabins.

Rituals CEO Raymond Cloosterman comments: “This latest development in our collaboration with KLM builds on the bespoke collection created in 2018 and further celebrates the proudly Dutch roots of both companies.
Our partnership has gone from strength to strength over the years and we are delighted to offer the Rituals experience at every leg of the passenger journey.”
