STARLUX Airlines continues to sharpen its position as one of Asia’s most design-forward boutique carriers with the introduction of new First Class sleepwear created in collaboration with Savile Row tailoring house Huntsman, alongside a refreshed collection of Economy Class amenity kits. The new offerings have been curated and developed in partnership with FORMIA, a global leader in inflight comfort and amenity design.
Available exclusively in STARLUX’s First Class cabin, the Huntsman sleepwear set is crafted from 100% organic cotton and reflects the British tailor’s understated elegance. The design features a burgundy base accented with a navy dogtooth pattern, comprising a V-neck top and drawstring trousers finished with a navy pull-cord and embroidered monogram. Each set is presented in a matching fabric pouch, with three sizes available for passengers.

The launch coincides with the introduction of Paul Smith sleepwear in Business Class, reinforcing STARLUX’s focus on offering a cohesive, elevated comfort experience across premium cabins.
“We’re pleased to introduce this new First Class sleepwear, developed in collaboration with Huntsman,” said Lily Chang, Executive Vice President of STARLUX Airlines. “Every element of the onboard experience matters — from the materials we select to the smallest design details — and this sleepwear reflects our commitment to continually raising our standards and exceeding customer expectations on long-haul flights.”
For Huntsman, the partnership marks an opportunity to extend its heritage beyond Savile Row. “Collaborating with STARLUX has enabled us to fuse our tailoring heritage with a modern travel experience,” said Taj Phull, Managing Director of Huntsman. “It allows us to introduce our design philosophy to a global audience while remaining true to the precision, quality, and innovation that define our house.”

Beyond the premium cabins, STARLUX has also refreshed its Economy Class amenity kits, now available in two distinct designs. One option is a compact grey bag featuring a celestial pattern and an adjustable cross-body strap, while the second is a teal recycled-felt pouch accented with metallic celestial detailing, top-stitching, and a bamboo-button closure.
Each kit includes a thoughtfully selected mix of comfort and sustainability-focused items, such as Urban Apothecary’s Oudh Geranium lip balm presented in a 50% post-consumer recycled tube, a cornstarch toothbrush with protective cap, Miradent toothpaste, and 3M earplugs. Recycled-PET socks, a four-layer rPET eye mask, a kraft-paper dental pouch, and an FSC-certified leaflet round out the contents.
“Sleepwear and amenity kits play a growing role in how airlines shape the inflight experience,” said Roland Grohmann, CEO & Managing Partner of FORMIA. “We are pleased to support STARLUX in developing a cohesive comfort offering across cabins that brings together heritage brands, considered materials, and thoughtful design.”
With these latest additions, STARLUX underscores its ambition to blend luxury, craftsmanship, and sustainability, offering passengers a carefully curated experience that extends well beyond the seat.
