A collectible kit series available to First Class passengers and as a buy-onboard item on selected Virgin America flights. The series was inspired by Virgin America’s much acclaimed online booking cheeky avatars and destination theme illustrations.
City Pods collection was designed by Alex Silva, Director of WESSCO’s Los Angeles Creative Studio. Round, colorful kit designs incorporate illustrations of the humorous thumb-shaped characters depicting Virgin America’s fun & wild personality.
The bags feature Virgin America’s cheeky characters in fun narratives across the airline’s 24 cities. They include taco-eating pandas in San Diego, a pizza munching Statue of Liberty in New York and celebrities on a Hollywood red carpet in L.A., The City Pods kit comes with eyeshades and a stylus pen.
